Connect your inbox, invite your team, and create your first rule.
Log in to your raidLayer Workflow account (provided by your partner).
Navigate to Settings → Email Accounts.
Click "Connect Gmail" and sign in with your Google account.
Grant the requested OAuth scopes (read access only by default).
raidLayer Workflow will sync your last 3 months of email history automatically.
raidLayer Workflow requests read-only OAuth scopes by default. Email body content is never stored permanently.
Log in to your raidLayer Workflow account.
Navigate to Settings → Email Accounts.
Click "Connect Outlook" and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Approve the Microsoft OAuth consent screen.
Your inbox will begin syncing within 60 seconds.
Both personal Outlook accounts and Microsoft 365 / Exchange accounts are supported.
Go to Settings → Team Members.
Click "Invite User" and enter their email address.
Assign a role: Admin, Agent, or Viewer.
The invited user will receive an email with a login link.
Once they log in, they can be assigned to tickets and the shared inbox.
User seats are counted per active user. Contact your partner to adjust your plan.
Go to Rules → Create Rule.
Set a trigger condition: e.g. Subject contains "support".
Add an action: e.g. Create ticket, Assign to Support team.
Save and enable the rule.
Test by sending a matching email to your connected inbox.
Header-based rules (subject, from, labels) run instantly. Body-parsing rules are available on the Pro plan.
