Turn email threads into opportunities and manage your pipeline without leaving Gmail or Outlook.
Open any email thread in the shared inbox.
Click "Create Opportunity" in the right-hand panel.
The contact is auto-populated from the sender's email address.
Set the opportunity name, value, and pipeline stage.
Save — the opportunity is now linked to this email thread.
You can also create opportunities automatically via automation rules when an email matches a lead condition.
Go to Settings → Pipeline Stages.
Click "Add Stage" to create a new stage.
Drag stages to reorder them.
Set a stage as "Won" or "Lost" to mark it as a terminal stage.
Save changes — all existing opportunities will reflect the updated stages.
Default stages are: New, In Talk, Proposal, Won, Lost. You can rename or remove any stage.
Open any contact from the CRM → Contacts view.
The timeline shows all email threads, calls, and activities linked to this contact.
Click any timeline item to open the original email thread or activity log.
Use the filter to show only emails, calls, or meetings.
The contact timeline is built automatically from email metadata. No manual data entry required.
Open a ticket or opportunity.
Click "Log Activity" in the activity panel.
Select the activity type: Call, WhatsApp, Meeting, or Note.
Add a summary and optional duration.
Save — the activity appears in the contact timeline and opportunity history.
Activity logs are visible to all team members with access to the ticket or opportunity.
