Getting Started

How do I get access to raidLayer Workflow?

raidLayer Workflow is distributed through our partner network. Contact us via the Contact page and we'll connect you with a partner in your region, or you can apply to become a partner yourself.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are fully operational within 10 minutes. Connect Gmail or Outlook via OAuth, invite your team, and create your first rule — that's it.

Do I need to install anything?

No. raidLayer Workflow is a web application. You connect your Gmail or Outlook account via OAuth — no browser extensions, plugins, or desktop apps required.

Email & Privacy

Does raidLayer Workflow store my email body content?

No. raidLayer Workflow never permanently stores email body content. Only metadata (sender, recipient, subject, labels, timestamps) and extracted insights are persisted. Email bodies are processed in memory for body-parsing rules and immediately discarded.

What OAuth scopes does raidLayer Workflow request?

By default, raidLayer Workflow requests read-only OAuth scopes for Gmail and Outlook. This means we can read email metadata and labels but cannot send emails on your behalf without explicit permission.

Is raidLayer Workflow GDPR compliant?

Yes. Our architecture is designed to be GDPR-aligned. We do not store email body content, we process data in the EU by default, and we provide data deletion on request.

Features & Plans

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter includes Gmail & Outlook sync, shared inbox (up to 5 users), helpdesk tickets, basic automation rules, and email reports. Pro adds unlimited users, CRM pipeline, advanced IF/THEN rules, body-parsing automation, and the partner management portal.

What is body-parsing automation (Tier 2)?

Tier 2 automation fetches the full email body to match rules against content. This enables more precise matching but uses an additional API call per email. It is available on the Pro plan only.

Can I use raidLayer Workflow with multiple email accounts?

Yes. You can connect multiple Gmail and Outlook accounts to a single raidLayer Workflow workspace. Each account syncs independently.

Pricing & Billing

How does pricing work?

raidLayer Workflow is distributed through our partner network. Partners set the final price for their customers. The prices shown on our pricing page are base rates — contact your partner for their pricing.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee. Onboarding is handled by your partner and typically takes less than 10 minutes.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Contact your partner to upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Partner Programme

Who can become a raidLayer Workflow partner?

IT consultants, MSPs, digital agencies, and any business that serves clients who use Gmail or Outlook. Apply via the Partner Programme page.

How does partner billing work?

Partners pay raidLayer Workflow the base rate and set their own price for clients. The margin is yours to keep. Partners manage billing directly with their clients.

What support do partners receive?

All partners get access to a dedicated partner support channel, onboarding guides, and technical documentation. Silver and Gold partners receive priority support and a dedicated partner manager.
